1. Scope and acceptance
These terms cover downloading, installing, registering, signing in to and using Miaomiao Travel Accounting and related services. Selecting Agree and continue in the app indicates that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and privacy policy.
2. Services
The app provides local bookkeeping, expense splitting, shared ledgers, online sync, statistics, data imports and exports, and reserved account and membership pages. Availability varies by version; refer to the version installed on your device.
3. Responsible use
Provide accurate, lawful information and protect your invitation codes, links, shared passphrases and account details. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, compromise system security or disrupt service.
Shared ledgers are collaborative tools. Members must confirm the accuracy of entries, expense allocation and settlement arrangements with each other.
4. Accounts
The current app contains phone, WeChat and QQ sign-in screens; some methods may not yet be connected to an account service. You are responsible for activity under accounts you use. Contact us promptly if you suspect account misuse, unexpected sharing or altered data.
5. Sharing and sync
Sharing depends on your actions to create, invite, join and sync. Network issues, concurrent edits, older versions or accidental overwrites can cause delays, conflicts or incomplete synchronization.
Keep local backups or exports of important ledgers. Sharing invitations with the wrong people, granting access incorrectly, deleting data or failing to back up can result in loss.
6. Membership and payments
Current membership screens prepare for future membership and payment services. Before a live payment provider is connected, plan descriptions, test activation and redemption codes are product validation features and do not constitute real billing.
Any future activation, renewal or refund conditions will be described in the released subscription pages and applicable platform rules.
7. Intellectual property
The developer holds applicable rights in the app’s code, design, icons, text, data structures and product materials, except for third-party materials. Copying, decompiling, modifying, distributing or commercially using protected materials requires permission, subject to rights provided by applicable law.
8. Limitations
The app is provided as is and is not guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device. We will make reasonable efforts to address faults but cannot control all network, platform, device, user-error or force-majeure events.
Statistics, splits, conversions and charts are tools to assist you. Confirm final amounts with the other people involved.
9. Misuse
Violations of these terms, applicable law or platform rules may lead to proportionate restrictions, termination, removal of abnormal data or refusal of support, subject to applicable law. A person responsible for resulting loss may be liable under law.
10. Changes and ending use
These terms may change with product development, regulation or third-party integration. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app. You can stop using the app, clear local data or contact us about ending the relevant service.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These terms refer to the relevant laws of the People’s Republic of China. Within the limits permitted by law, the parties should first seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
