Please include the app version, device, operating system, time of the issue and steps to reproduce it. Hide private expenses, phone numbers and invitation codes in screenshots.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, shared passphrases or a full ledger. If additional information is needed, we will explain why.
Trouble syncing or restoring
Export a backup first, then check the network, app version and shared-ledger details. When several people edit at once, compare entries before choosing which to retain. Repeatedly clearing local data is not a recovery method.
Downloads and availability
Official store downloads are not yet linked here. Releases for China and international app stores are being prepared, and confirmed links will be added to the homepage.
